The terms and conditions set out below including the payment and delivery terms apply in the version according to the date of your order. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

All prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF). You can find the delivery prices at the checkout. The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment went through by paypal or credit card. It might occur, that we do not have all items in stock. Please consider that in order to be a sustainable label, we work with very limited amounts.
We will immediately process your order as soon as we get the exact amount of money including shipping costs. The items will be sent via parcel service.
We will carry out all deliveries and services based on the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Obligationenrecht, OR).
Our price list, brochures and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was placed; therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
All prices are given in Swiss Francs. Value added tax (VAT) is not included and is depending on the supplying country. Shipping costs will be added if the order is placed outside of Switzerland. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment. If the delivery address lies outside of Switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.
All articles are thoroughly checked by NINA YUUN before shipment.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, including the packaging and with traces of use. The customer will bare all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
The return of sales will be rejected, if following case applies:

the product is returned without the original packaging and manuals

No costs will be covered in the event that the item goes missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. We do not refund costs for shipping and customs.
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with applicable Swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.
NINA YUUN will collect all the data required for processing your order and will only use it for this purpose. At NINA YUUN we are committed to maintain your privacy.
For our mailing-lists we use your personal information (such as name, surname, e-mail address) solely to keep you informed about the brands news, upcoming exhibitions or presentations, sale information, through periodic newsletters sent by e-mail. We commit to never sharing any of your contact information with any third party or other organizations.
Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Switzerland. However, we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavor to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. NINA YUUN reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
